No Refunds for Advance Payments

• Prepaid Services: Once a customer makes an advance payment for our IPTV service, it is considered a non-refundable transaction.
• Service Commencement: The service is activated upon successful payment, and the customer assumes responsibility for the full term of the subscription.
• Early Termination: Early termination of the service, even before the commencement of the service, does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Additional Policies

Service Outage and Credit

• Service Interruptions: In the event of service interruptions beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
• Credit Policy: For significant service outages, we may offer credits toward future service, but refunds will not be provided.

Account Cancellation

• Cancellation Process: To cancel your service, please contact our customer support team.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle. Cancellations will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

Account Responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Sharing your account details or credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your service without a refund.

Payment Terms
